We thank you for supporting Epoche with your online purchase.

We can accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal for payment.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you.

Product prices and postage costs include any applicable GST. We may vary the prices at any time and without any notice.

Our most bulky, oversized and heavy items may incur an additional charge for freight. This will apply particularly to remote areas. We will contact you to discuss any additional delivery costs prior to sending out items if this occurs.

Shipping is Australia wide and International. '
We send items with Australia Post. It is the customer’s obligation in the ordering process to provide a correct address for postal delivery. We are not obliged to reissue any goods should an incorrect address be entered at time of order.

We cannot provide a guaranteed delivery day or time however we will always endeavour to send goods within 48 hours of receipt of order. Priority is given to all express parcels so that they leave us as quickly as possible.

Flat rate is $12.00 regular post

Flat rate is $20.00 express post

International flat rate is $39

Goods must be checked thoroughly upon arrival - this is the customer’s responsibility.

If breakages have occurred during transit these must be reported within 24 hours via email info@epoche.com.au or phone (03) 9755 1952

A broken item will be replaced (subject to availability) but needs to be returned to us. Returns must occur within one week of receipt of order.

We ask that you make very conscious buying decisions as we do not accept returns or exchanges based simply on change of mind.

If returned item shows signs of wear or the packaging is not original, the refund is null and void. Please well package any return items, firstly in their original packaging and then adequate outer layers of packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in a satisfactory, saleable condition. Other than for faulty or incorrect goods, we do not accept responsibility for any return postage costs incurred.

We will refund the cost of returning any goods by regular post (Australia Post) to us that are deemed faulty.

We are not responsible for items lost by post or undelivered in the returns process and recommend tracked postage for added security.

Only same item will be offered as a replacement product for faulty or damaged goods.

We do not accept responsibility for any damages or breakages that might take place once an item has been played and lived with.

We use recycled packaging wherever possible and biodegradable bubble wrap/recycled brown paper & meshed cardboard in an effort to maintain our environmentally friendly business ethos.
