Katagami paper is Japanese stencil paper made from Mulberry leaves, and was one of the first silk screens. It was used between 100-150 years ago until the paper was not made anymore. The paper with design was purchased at a flea market in Collingwood. It was originally found in an abandoned kimono printing factory in Kyoto, Japan.
